Welcome!
Well, I've finally done it. Made myself stop dragging my heels like a stubborn old mule and got a page scraped together. After numerous false starts and hiring someone to do it that didn't pan out, I finally decided to get serious. Here's the product, not professional by any means, but it'll do. Graphics of course done by myself. This is my first experience using Dreamweaver vs. my old style of coding from scratch, and I gotta admit that I kind of like this new way. This has been a literal labor of love, and I hope it to be an ongoing project as I continually update and add new content.
Why the name?
Feathers and Love came out of the two things I thought of first when thinking of my birds. Their soft feathers, and the overflowing love I feel for them. Yep, I'm a certified crazy bird lady.
I hope you'll enjoy your wanderings on our site, and maybe that you'll even bookmark us for catching up often. There's everything here from more about me, to individual bios on my flock, to my raptor rehab volunteering, to the occasional handmade toys I might put up for sale.
